Every photo session has its unique charm, and my second session with Trista was no exception. Trista booked a "Horse's Birthday" special offer and chose the picturesque Scheyville National Park as the location for our session with her Thoroughbred gelding Petch.
We started along the scenic dirt path not too far away from the float parking, capturing a variety of poses. We were lucky to have sunshine for most of the session, as the previous days and earlier that day even the weather was not looking good. The light filtering through the trees added a magical touch to the images.
Next, we moved to a big open paddock where Trista decided to ride Petch bareback. Trista and Petch ride here often, so he was completely calm and wasn't phased at Trista riding bareback.
During the viewing and ordering appointment after the session, Trista selected five prints of her favourite images and an 8" x 12" acrylic block.
This session reminded me of the joy of capturing these fleeting moments. Photo sessions like these are not just about taking pictures; they're about preserving memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
To anyone considering a photo session: don't wait for the perfect moment. Capture the love and bonds that define your life now. These memories are invaluable, and having them preserved in beautiful photos is priceless.
