When Chanel and her new puppy, Sprocket, came to town from Alice Springs, I just had to catch up with them. Chanel and I have been friends for over 20 years, we first met at pre school! Sprocket is a new edition to her family, and it wouldn't seem right not capturing images of Sprocket before they head back up to The Alice.
Sprocket is a 14 week old Border Collie x Kelpie, and is already an incredibly smart boy. Being of Border Collie and Kelpie breeding, he will be an active dog as both breeds are typically bred as working dogs. Lucky for him, once he has had all of his vaccinations he will be able to go to work with Chanel every day.
I can't wait to see Sprocket updates throughout the year, he is going to be one handsome boy! But we will always have these images of him to look back on.

Having a rest in the shade, it was a hot Summer's day when we met up.
Yes I did hear that treat bag rustle!
Look at those legs, so much growing to be had!
He may seem little now, but he will grow to be a medium-sized dog in no time.
At 14 weeks he already knows how to sit and stay off lead!
Those ears! <3
