Seaham Grange Stud photo session

9 October, 2015

I had the pleasure of meeting Pam, owner of Seaham Grange Stud, at the Arabian State Titles where I first photographed her Arabian Warmblood's competing in the dressage competition of the show. Although it was a very hot Spring day all three horses, ESK Rozie, Deveron Maddamoizelle and ESK Versace, performed beautifully and all came away with wins from their classes.

A month later I was invited to Seaham Grange Stud to photograph Pam with her horses at the stunning property. Previously owned by a polo rider, the property is complete with pastures, a big airy stable and polo field sized paddock.

The late afternoon light was just perfect which made for some stunning images. The photo session started with portrait-style images of each horse then moved into the large paddock for some ridden dressage shots with a difference. Although it is nice to photograph a horse on the arena, paddock shots add that extra colour kick of green that sand can never provide.

Below are a few images from the photo session, for more information or to enquire about your own photo session please get in contact.
