As photographers, we capture moments in time that can be treasured forever. Happy times, sad times, important times. Times we can go back to and visit in a heartbeat, times that can't be seen again.
When I received a message from Jo enquiring to book a photo session with her family and Obie, their 4 year old Dalmatian, time was of the essence. Obie had bone cancer, and, although the family had explored all veterinary care, he was not getting better. Due to his health, we had the session on the family property where Obie felt comfortable and at ease.
We had a picture perfect afternoon with lovely golden light and mild temperatures. Throughout our session we captured portraits of Obie by himself, as well as images with the family.
