14th of March Workshop

Join Allira at 4:30pm on the 14th of March for an action packed workshop at Rouse Hill Regional Park. This workshop will solely focus on the practical side of action photography of dogs running, jumping, playing fetch and so much more. There will be no theory in this workshop. There will be at least 2 dog models for this workshop, to be advised.

Some of the topics we will cover are:

• how to scout a location and pick the best spots for photos
• how to nail action images
• where to position yourself
• using both a fast and slow shutter speed to create beautiful images
• reading and using natural light
• how to get a dog to run both towards and parallel to the camera

Purchase a ticket to the online editing session

Join us online at 6pm on the 17th of March for an editing session with Allira. We will go over how we pick which images to keep and which to trash, as well as editing tips and tricks using both Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Canine Photography Workshop Waiver & Release of Liability

Thank you for joining our Canine Photography Workshop! We are excited to share this experience with you. While we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment, it’s important to acknowledge that working around dogs carries inherent risks.

By agreeing this waiver, you acknowledge the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that dogs are unpredictable animals and that interacting with them, even from a distance, carries the risk of injury. I acknowledge that I am participating in this workshop and assume all risks associated with being around dogs.

2. Release of Liability
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the workshop organizers, instructors, property owners, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise during my participation in this workshop.

3. Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and actions while attending the workshop. I will follow all instructions provided by the organizers and respect the boundaries set for interacting with dogs and their owners.

4. Photography & Property Considerations
I understand that I am a guest at the workshop location and will respect the property, dogs, and owners. Any photographs taken are for personal and portfolio use.
